Meet the Knowltons

Here we go!

PAIN: 4
We didn't talk much about pain today which tells me that it's pretty manageable. It started back up the scale a bit as we got into the evening but still nothing like a couple nights ago. Also, L slept really well last night so again... indications point to pain on the decline. Rah!

ATTITUDE: 8
This goes together with pain so overall so today was a good day. I think L might have been a bit bored today at some points, though. I had to be pretty focused on some deadlines at work (although working from home) so I wasn't a lot of fun a good chunk of the day. We did take a ride to the theatre to get my computer charger first thing this morning but L cat napped a little while I drove. Then I worked while he wandered the house and worked with the Physical Therapist in the afternoon. He napped while I slipped out to the gym for a quick workout and as I left around 10 after 6, I figured the OT guy would come and leave while I was out (since he likes to tell a story about our appointment time being between 6 and 7). His car not being there when I got back (at about 7:10) seemed like a good sign and when I got in, I asked L if Mr. OT had been there and gone.

"No. He hasn't come yet."

No, for real. Stop playin'.

So we went on with dinner. Would you believe it... homeboy didn't show up until after I had finished making dinner, we had eaten, I had the dishwasher running and L and I were discussing this dude's suspicious business pratices. I promise... it went just like this...

Me: "I don't think he's coming."
DING DONG.

I wish I was making this up.

I know I give his guy a hard time but dang! It's after 8 o'clock, yo! And to look at the complete picture... A.) He said he had two more people to get to tonight!! and B.) When is he going home?? It twists my brain in a knot. It really does.

Anyway... APPETITE: 10
Big breakfast, lunch, two boosts and a big dinner. Yay! :)

ACTIVITY: 8
PT and OT plus a trip to the theatre (although L stayed in the car). I'm also gonna go ahead and count the waiting for OT guy (cause you know that tardiness stresses L out). And L and I watched Meet the Robinsons this evening. It was lovely. I highly recommend.

(Mr. OT better get it together for tomorrow or I'm letting him have it on here tomorrow night. Stay tuned....)
