What's your number?

So, I've been sort of running out of things to say as the days get less hectic and the treatment goes along fairly smoothly. In my mind there is nothing worse than a boring blog (well, there are worse things... global warming, starving children -- stuff like that, but you know what I mean) so I thought of a new plan last night when I was chatting with my friend J.

When there is something to report, of course, I will do that, but for now, the new system will go something like this: in each of four categories - Pain, Attitude, Appetite and Activity... a number will be assigned on a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the most). And I'll give a short summary of each ranking as necessary and tell any interesting tidbits of L's day. We'll be shooting for high numbers for Attitude, Appetite and Activity and low numbers for Pain.

(Let me know if this is a terrible idea.)  :)

For yesterday:

PAIN: 8
L's leg started hurting very badly in the early evening. It didn't really get better until early this morning.

ATTITUDE: 4
He was feeling pretty discouraged about his leg and frustrated that there wasn't more that we could do to make it feel better and that he couldn't sleep because of it.

APPETITE: 7

ACTIVITY: 7
L and I took K to the airport together in the morning and then Pastor T came by from Solid Rock UPC in the late afternoon.
